Product Engineering

Since the beginning I was join to this company, I get responsibility to handle Product Engineering department

My responsibilities are :
 Communicate with Design Engineering and Sourcing (of the customer) to enable timely manufacturing of new products within the quality plans and manufacturing design guidelines.
 Responsible to resolve design related quality problems on currently manufactured products
 Searches opportunities to reduce product cost and enhance manufacture ability and quality of the products.
 Responsible to determine the inspection and test criteria.
 Prepare, design and set up Test Equipment and Test Procedure.
 Responsible for Calibration of all Test Equipments used for production which are related to quality products.
 Manage DCC (Document Control Center) including issuing, distributing, disposing and controlling all quality related documents which are used and circulated on the production activities.
