About Me

Let me introduce my self.  My name is Arianto Widyatmo, father of two kids and husband of one wife. I have an electronic engineer background. Now on, I work as a Product Engineering Manager in electronic manufacturer in Tangerang, Banten – INDONESIA.

Currently, I work in an electronic manufacturer. Our business characteristic is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Product design is done by customer. All parts also be supplied by them. Customer pay for manufacturing cost based on the number of manpower to make product. The more manpower use, the higher manufacturing cost, the lower our competitiveness. That is why we are really concern on the number of manpower. All of our products are exported to global market so we also have to consider global competition from the beginning.

There are many excited experiences during my work in Ledin. These are :
1. Preparing ISO procedure from scratch
2. Preparing BABT (www.babt.com) certified manufacture facility
3. Designing automatic test equipment
4. Designing security system
5. Designing thermoforming mold
6. Refurbish totally down pad printing machine
7. Learning plastic injection mold process
8. Preparing glossy paint facility

My other assignment is enhancing manufacture ability and quality of the new products, as well as searching opportunities to reduce manufacturing cost. For that purpose I also had to learn about manufacturing process.
